I was never as flexible as you but I did pretty well (for a guy) but since I have started running, it is over with. <br /><br />I wake up stiff and it stays that way through the day. I am currently on a kick to stretch as part of my training routine and I have found two things. One it does seem to work and I am getting more flexible but two I have also found that I still stiff in the morning and throughout the day but in a non "I'll break if I reach down to touch my toes" kind of way. My hips seem as flexible as ever. It'll be interesting to see after a month or two if the yoga will really stretch my running muscles . . . my guess is, yes.
