Goals for 2009

If I type it, I have to do it, right?

Run 650 miles.
Run 15 miles per week.  EVERY week.  (The math works for me).
2 half marathons.  2 sprint tris.  1 olympic tri.  2 other races (any distance).  Consider a marathon.
Do some yoga.
Weigh 135.
Go!
